Of Japan, with a total investment of 400 million yuan and a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Each party holds 50% of the equity. The company mainly produces S6R2/S12R/S16R series engines licensed by mitsubishi heavy industries technology, which are mainly used for supporting land power generating sets with a power coverage of 500kW~1800kW.

上海菱重发动机有限公司由上海柴油机股份有限公司和日本三菱重工业株式会社共同组建的合资公司，总投资额4亿元，注册资本2亿元，双方各占50%股权。公司主要生产由三菱重工技术许可的S6R2/S12R/S16R系列各型号发动机，该系列产品主要用于陆用发电机组配套，功率覆盖为500kW~1800kW。
